Our training courses include First AidHealth and SafetySafeguarding and Food Safety as well as offering a wide variety of health and social care related training. We act as a single contact to our employees and outside agencies.

From our central location in the Midlands, we provide excellent training and development which meets the needs of the service users we support, delivered by highly competent specialist staff.

Working alongside Nuco Training Ltd, we are an approved centre with First Aid Awards Ltd, an Ofqual and SQA regulated awarding organisation. This allows us to deliver a range of nationally accredited qualifications in your chosen subject area.

Our fully accredited in-house Training department that has been delivering high quality and interactive training since the start of 2011. We are able to deliver all Mandatory training, as well as all care-related training courses to ensure our staff are experienced and knowledgeable in all fields within our industry. 

Our Training manager:

Wayne Phillips previously worked for us as one of our CQC registered Managers.

Wayne has now transferred his skills to our training department where he is a part of the largest network of combined First Aid, Health and Safety and Food Safety including fire safety, Safeguarding and Nutrition instructors in the UK.
